Why were the books placed pages out in the famous Page Turner library?

Books are placed with the title toward the back of shelves for multiple reasons! For one, Page wanted to achieve a cohesive all-white look. Secondly, you will actually find that many television shows keep titles hidden for copyright and permission purposes.

How was the winner decided?

The winner is decided by a panel of independent appraisers. Michel and Anthony's home was selected as the deserving winner based entirely on the value they created on the home itself! The lot and views were not accounted for in the appraisals. Michel and Anthony added finished square footage to the main floor of their home, and if you are a fan of the show, you know that is usually the winning recipe.

When was season 4 filmed?

While you likely watched Rock the Block in the spring of 2023, the build and filming all took place in the fall of 2022!

What was the design budget per team?

Each team had $250,000 to create their vision!
