How To Reserve Your Landmark Townhome or Condo

Reserve Your New Home

Learn how to go under contract on your dream Northern Colorado home!

If you have been looking into purchasing a Landmark home, you may have noticed that our process is a little different than other builders. At Landmark Homes, we release homes for contract by building. How do you know if a unit is available for contract? All homes we are contracting on will show up on the availability page on our website. That doesn’t mean that is all we have to offer though! We have other units available for reservation! You can see what units are available for reservation by contacting Kendra at 970-632-6385 or referencing the community maps under each community on our website.

If you are interested in a unit in a building we are not contracting on, ensuring it’s yours is easy. To place a reservation, all you have to do is speak to the New Home Specialist for the community your desired home is in and put down a non-refundable deposit. Once we release your building for contract, then we will contact you with the listing price and you can decide whether or not you want to move forward with the contract, or cancel your reservation.

**Please note, when making a reservation on a unit the deposit is non-refundable and the purchase price of the home will be unknown until your contract is finalized.
