Call, text, or email our Online New Homes Specialist, Kendra, to ask questions about our homes and/or communities. Kendra can also set you up with an appointment to tour on-site as well.

Talk with the New Home Specialist on-site or check the "Availability" on our website to see if your dream home is available to contract on now.

If your dream home isn't available to purchase now, don't worry. Landmark Homes releases buildings periodically to allow buyers to contract on new homes. 

We don't always know when this will happen, but we have a few options to help you secure the home of your dreams.

OPTION 1

Put a $1,000 non-refundable deposit down on a home in an unreleased building to reserve it for purchase once the building is released for contract.  OR... 

OPTION 2 

Join the waitlist to be notified, along with others on the waitlist, when we release the next building in the community for contracts.

Once your home is released we will work with you to finalize your new home contract and let you know when you can expect to select your finishes.
