Often times townhomes are built on crawlspaces or potentially offer an optional finished basement. Our townhomes are built on an unfinished basement at a minimum, while our Devon floorplan is delivered standard with a partially finished basement. Having the option to finish a basement during your build process, or having the space to finish out at a later date is a huge value add to any homeowner.
If you drive or walk through any of our communities, you'll notice a higher standard of curb appeal. By orienting garages on the back end of each home, you will enjoy beautifully designed front porches and fenced areas as you wander through the neighborhood.
