Who qualifies for this program?

Active-duty, veterans, or retired military members from all branches, first responders — including police officers, firefighters, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, and all current teachers qualify for this program. 

How can I use this incentive?

If you're signing a contract on an under-construction home, put your $1,000 toward the selections that make it yours — upgraded flooring, hardware packages, a finished basement, additional appliances, and more. Choosing a move-in ready home instead? This incentive can be applied right at closing. Either way, it's on top of whatever other incentives are already available at your community — our way of stacking the savings in your favor.
