Your Referral Rewards

  • Referring Homeowner: Receive a $500 Visa gift card once your referral closes on their new Landmark Home.
  • Referred Home Buyer: Enjoy $500 in upgrades or apply it toward your closing costs.

Steps to Claim Your Bonus

  1. Tell your friends and family about Landmark Homes.
  2. When they decide to buy, they must declare the referral at the time of contract.
