Landmark Homes 8th Annual Golf Tournament: Together, We Raised 18,450 for our Non-profit Partners

Northern Colorado Homebuilder working with local non-profits to make a difference

Our annual charity golf tournament resulted in a donation of $18,450!

Highland Meadows Golf Course once again played host for Landmark Home's annual charity golf tournament. Our trade partners raised $11,000 for two worthy local non-profit organizations. Additionally, at the post-golf meal at Pizza Vino our partners raised an additional $7,450 for the organizations.

  • About Veterans Community Project

Our organization was founded in 2016 by combat Veterans who saw firsthand the challenges of returning to civilian life and who shared a dedication to do better for those who served our country.

Their solution to Veteran homelessness is bold, yet simple: 240 square feet of dignity with 1:1 support to help Veterans get back on their feet—and continue standing. Since welcoming our first residents in 2018, this model has shown an 85% success rate.

    About Dream Makers

Every year, 23,000+ teenagers age out of foster care at 18 years old without a family to help them transition into adulthood.

Not only did these youth enter foster care due to experiencing neglect, abuse, or abandonment, but they are now left to fend for themselves during a pivotal time in life. With virtually no support system, many struggle daily to survive.

Our team is a small group of individuals who view James 1:27 as a personal mandate and care deeply about caring for the fatherless by supporting former foster youths.
