HOA Information
Fee: $300/month
Includes: Water & Sewer, Trash & Recycling, Hazard Insurance, Lawn Care, Snow Removal, Exterior Maintenance (excluding fenced-in courtyards), and High-Speed Internet through Quantum Fiber.
One-time HOA fees will be assessed at closing for the Metro District Builder Capital Facilities, Administration and transfer fees in the amount of $145. An annual fee of $700 will be assessed by the HOA for Operations and Maintenance of the Metro District.
