Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
To Enter: To enter for a chance to win, you must follow instructions in the applicable post on Landmark Homes' Instagram page @mylandmarkhomes. A giveaway post will include how to enter, the entry deadline, and the prize. In any giveaway in which an Instagram user must "like" an applicable post or tag friends in the comment section of a giveaway post, the entrant must maintain the condition of entry at least until the time a winner is announced to be eligible to win the giveaway. All information contained in a giveaway post is incorporated herein by reference. Entries must be received within the entry period start and end times to be eligible, and all conditions of entry must be maintained until the winner announcement date. Landmark Homes will send a direct message to the winner. The selected winners will have two (2) business days to accept the prize and send requested information or the prize will be void. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All entries must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity.
Entry Period/Drawings: Random drawings. A total of 3 winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The giveaway entry period is 8am MDT on Monday, August 19, 2024 to 8:00am MDT on Friday, September 6, 2024. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent giveaways. Odds of winning a giveaway depends on the number of eligible entries received at the end of the entry period. Potential winners will be notified in the public comments section of the post and/or by sending them a direct message on Instagram. Landmark Homes may request proof of eligibility thereafter. If a winner is found to not be eligible, Landmark Homes may, in its sole discretion, award a new winner or no winner. Decisions made by Landmark Homes are final.
Prize: Three (3) potential winners will receive two (2) tickets to the 2024 Rocky Mountain Showdown. Prizes cannot be traded in for cash value. Offer details are subject to change without notice.
General Conditions: Landmark Homes reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at its discretion. Entrants, by participating, agree that Landmark Homes will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this giveaway. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users of the same Instagram account, the authorized subscriber of the Instagram account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules.
Likeness, Name, and Image: The winning entrant grants Landmark Homes permission to publish winner's name, Instagram handle, likeness and state of residence in connection with the giveaway, which may be used in a separate post from the giveaway post. Landmark Homes may use winner's name and likeness solely for promotional purposes, without notice of further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
