We are excited to finally move forward with our launch of Highlands at Fox Hill by Landmark Homes to our VIP list before we go public! 

We will start to sell Buildings 1 & 2 of our Discovery Series only. Sales on these buildings will start on April 24th, but you will have to sign up for an appointment to be able to have your pick of these homes. There are a lot of details to review, so we will break it down for you below.


  • DISCOVERY Series - We are releasing our Discovery line of homes first. This features the  Timberline, Eldorado, Cascade, Monarch, and Sloan.  Discovery homes are townhomes and stacked ranch-style condos. You can tour furnished model homes of all these plans in our Loveland community at 4128 South Park Drive, Loveland, CO 80538. Click here for our included features for our Discovery homes.
  • TOWNS Series – We will be releasing our Towns product for sale hopefully within 1-2 months of the Discovery release. Our Towns series are 2-story townhomes with a basement (options to finish) and a 2- car garage. These homes come with our classic standard finishes to offer you a stylish personalized home just for you. The Towns floor plans are the  Addison 2, Barrington 2, Camden 2, and Devon 2. We do have the Devon as model homes in Loveland at the Shores at the Lakes at Centerra you can tour.
  • FLATS Series – We will be releasing our flats product for sale hopefully within 2-4 months of the Discovery release. Our Flats series is a 2 or 3 story building with elevator service, secured entry, and high-end finishes. All homeowners will get a 1- car garage, with options for attached and even a 2- car garage. Our flats line features the Stanford, Syracuse, Cambridge, Cambridge 2, Princeton, Columbia, Purdue, Vanderbilt, and Oxford.   • COURTYARDS Series – We will be releasing these homes at a later date. They are part of our last phase in the community and the floor plans are still being finalized. At this time we do not have much information to share.
* Please note many of the floor plans that we will build in the Highlands at Fox Hill are updated versions of what you may see as model homes in other communities. Therefore there will be slight differences and changes.


On April 24th we will be taking PRE-BOOKED appointments at a first-come, first-serve structure. Person #1 will get the first choice of building and floor plan, person #2 will get the second choice, and so on. During these appointments you will only have 10 minutes to meet with a sales rep to secure the home you would like to purchase or reserve (to then purchase when the building is released at a later date), it will be your choice. People who do select to contract one of the homes, we will gather the needed information to work up your contract and be in touch the following week to finalize your details and contract.

  • We will be sending out an email on April 19th at 11 AM to all names on our VIP list. You will be able to open the email, click a link and select a time to set your appointment for April 24th.  
  • April 24th will be “first appointment, first serve style.” You will be able to select "virtual appt" if you are not local on this date as well.
  • We are only releasing Discovery Series Buildings 1 & 2 at this time for sale.
  • Discovery Series Building 3 will be open for reservations 
  • We hope to release Towns Series in the next few months and the Flats Series within a few months after that.
  • Appointments on April 24th will take place at the Fox Hill Country Club located at 1400 CO-119, Longmont, CO 80504.
  • If you are unable to attend in person there is an option to schedule a virtual phone meeting when you register for your time slot. 


We are happy to be able to release Landmark Homes' quality homes to you at the below pricing. This pricing is only good for the first 2 buildings of our Discovery Series. We will release new pricing for each building at the time of release. * We  anticipate  the Towns Series being in the $500s range and the Flats Series being in the $400s when they are released.


On April 24th we will be releasing from our Discovery Series:

15 – FOR PURCHASE- Bldg. 1 & 2 = 4 Timberline, 2 Eldorado, 4 Monarch, 4 Cascade, & 1 Sloan)

12 - FOR RESERVATION- Bldg 3 = (4 Monarchs, 4 Cascades, & 4 Sloans)

TO PURCHASE– If you are one of the lucky ones who will be able to purchase one of our first ?? homes, we will require you to have the below items at your appointment on April 24th in order to proceed:

TO RESERVE– If you reserve one of our homes in a future building, this means you will have the first right of refusal to move forward on a contract when we release that building for sale. We release buildings for sale when we start construction on them. We do not always know when this will be due to permitting, weather, construction resources, and other criteria. A reservation does not secure the purchase price, the price will be determined when we release the building for contracts. To be able to reserve a home on April 24th, we ask that you have the below items to proceed:

  • Check for your $1,000 non-refundable deposit (which is credited back to the buyer at closing)made out to Highlands at Fox Hill Homes, LLC
  • Realtor contact information – required if using one


METRO DISTRICT - This community is NOT in a metro district.

HOA -  This community will have an HOA. The Highlands at Fox Hill Discovery Owners Association (HOA) is currently slated to cover Longmont's fiber internet service NextLight (router included), water, sewer, trash, ALL exterior maintenance (including snow removal), and hazard insurance. Comcast will be available for TV and Internet if you wish but not covered by the HOA fee. The HOA will also maintain the site's parks and open spaces that will cover 6.54 acres of Highlands at Fox Hill. We hope to finalize the HOA fees here soon, but for Discovery we expect them to be in the $200s per month. 

THE FOX HILL CLUB -All home buyers will receive a Trial Social Membership to The Fox Hill Club for 12 months. The Social Membership gives you and your immediate family unlimited access to all club amenities, with the exception of the golf course. The Fox Hill Club has fantastic amenities for the entire family to enjoy including a saltwater pool & cabana area, four tennis courts, a restaurant & member's pub, and a brand new fitness center. With this membership, our new home buyers will also have access to a full calendar of member social events. Homeowners may add a golf membership for a fee.

INVESTORS- We DO allow investors to purchase our homes. However, we limit how many homes per building can be sold to investors or non-owner-occupied buyers to aid in other buyers using government loans and the rules we need to follow. Besides our VIP Sales Launch event, we do NOT allow investors to reserve homes in future buildings.
