How do I finance the purchase of my new home?

What is the process for selecting finishes and materials for my new home?

Our design team will work with you to help you choose finishes and materials that fit your budget, style, and needs. We will set an appointment to visit our design studio, review samples, and consult with our design team. One thing that sets us apart from other builders in the industry is that we start with a high level of finishes and upgrades built into the home that others charge extra for. This helps to keep your design budget lower while still resulting in a luxury home built to your taste.

How will I be updated on the progress of my home's construction?

We understand how important it is to stay informed about the progress of your home's construction, and we will provide regular updates throughout the process. This will include phone and email updates, and site visits as needed. Your new home specialist will guide you through the process to keep your questions answered and your mind at ease.

What kind of support do you provide after the completion of my home?

We stand behind our work and offer ongoing support and assistance to our clients after the completion of their homes. This includes addressing warrantable issues that arise, providing guidance on maintenance and repairs, and answering any questions you may have. Our warranty completes a 30-day, 6-month, and year tick list to ensure a better-built home that lasts.
